Moving into a new Condominium? Prior to arranging with us to Re-Key your lock(s),
please ensure that your Condominium Corporation does not require that you retain their
locksmith to provide this service on your behalf.
Do you require a residential premises to be opened? We will require you to produce
1 piece of Government Issued ID (ie...Ontario Drivers License, Ontario Picture Health Card)
bearing your name and the address that you require to be opened.
Home Owners and New Home Buyers, Locksmith Toronto can re-key
your house locks at a fraction of their replacement cost.
Business Owners, we can replace your storefront locks for the cost of
re-keying your present cylinders, plus the cost of keys (high security
locks excluded).
Commercial & Residential Property Lockout Service, we can lockout a
business in rental or payment default. We can also lockout residential
properties with the aid of the Sheriffs Deparment. In the instance of a residential
lockout, the Landlord is required by law to have the Sheriff attend. We
will not proceed without the Sheriff presiding.
Do you require a business to be opened? We will require that you produce a valid
lease/rental agreement or your landlord must attend. We cannot accept Email or FAX confirmation.
Apartment Dwellers can increase the security of their personal
belongings by having a residential grade medium duty deadbolt installed on their
apartment door.
Apartment Owners, Locksmith Toronto can provide you with a Master
Key System helping you to eliminate your bulging pile of keys. (In most
instances only one or two keys are required).
We can re-key most lock brand names including Schlage, Weiser,
Yale, Kwikset, Dexter among others. We can also open and re-key locks for
which there are no existing keys.
If you have a high-security lock like
a Medico, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Schlage Primus etc, and you would like it
re-keyed or have additional keys cut for it, you must contact the
Locksmith or locksmithing firm that supplied the lock.
